There was no one to help on the drop off end but the payment was straightforward on the phone and dropping it off at that location was quite convenient.

I had multiple frustrations with the two locations trying to get my truck on Sunday. At this location, I couldn’t get the locks on any of the lock boxes to open.Tgey called the manager, who did not respond. A UHaul person online told me to get “rough” with the lock. So, I just started hitting it and banging it, and it eventually just fell off the box. Nice system,

Hassan FThe location was moved to a bad part of town after I chose a pickup right by my house. It wasn’t made clear that I do everything on my phone so that was a mess. The truck was gross dirty on the inside from the seats, chips all over the floor and a rotting wrap in the console covered with ants. Could barely see out of the windows they were so dirty.
