The pick up process was confusing and a pain. The whole automated on line check in needs work.

First off, it took 45 minutes to get the truck. Secondly, we had to call 3 other people to verify the pick up. this is ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS to rent a truck for 6 hours. We returned it in 4.. U-Haul customer service was HORRIBLE. The gentleman at this location was trying to help the best he could, but U-Haul was NOT helpful.
Imamovic MThere was no one to help on the drop off end but the payment was straightforward on the phone and dropping it off at that location was quite convenient.
RACHEL RI had multiple frustrations with the two locations trying to get my truck on Sunday. At this location, I couldn’t get the locks on any of the lock boxes to open.Tgey called the manager, who did not respond. A UHaul person online told me to get “rough” with the lock. So, I just started hitting it and banging it, and it eventually just fell off the box. Nice system,
