When returning rental there was 3 people in the office. The attendant that took the keys was on the phone. I asked said attendant if there was anything else I needed to do. He replied no, and I left. Two days later I was charged for two additional days because the attendant did not process my return in a timely manner. Attendants were very off putting and made me feel uncomfortable leaving rental there. But this was the location U-Haul sent me to.

trailer was not in good condition. the trailer door barely closed. the wiring cord was frozen onto the ground. all the metal pieces that clip onto the hitch were FROZEN into the ground the dude had to pull it out. when i went to return the trailer it was IMPOSSIBLE to remove due to the state of the trailer. the uhauls attachment piece was rusted and had frozen ice all over the chain area. I had to have a police officer come and get this trailer off of my car because it would not budge,
HEATHER TI returned the truck with more than 3/4 tank full of gas (which was more than what was in the tank when I picked the truck up) I took a picture of the amount in the tank. They started that the tank was only half full and I was charged $14 extra because of it.
