Fix the smell in the building, hours are very inconvenient, contacting employees is near impossible and drop off area is behind a locked gate which is hard to get into if employees aren’t around.

Pickup was fast and easy, truck was clean. The only things are that the truck mirrors did not appear to be adjustable which seems like a safety hazard and it's unclear how to tell how much fuel it put in. I returned the truck where the fuel gauge was higher than when I left the lot, but I still got charged that the fuel was insufficient. We opted in to the insurance, and even with that cost and the fuel fee it was still cheaper to use uhaul than any of the competitors I looked at, so definitely the most budget friendly option
