Pickup was very disorganized, took about 30 minutes from the time we arrived to get the truck. The rental office (doubles as a towing yard) smelled like cat urine. The U-Haul app did not work when it was time to return the truck after hours, we had to just drop the keys in the drop box and hope that we would not be charged extra for missing photos of mileage, damage, or fuel level. Cab and bed were in okay shape and clean but outside condition of the truck was very rough, cracks down the sides, peeling chrome, repairs which have worn through, and the roof leaked which soaked some of our furniture and art. Overall slightly below average U-Haul experience.
