Place was not inviting and too many people lingering around distracted workers, no hello or acknowledgement, I had to search them down and they didn't seem to care.

Charise NHad a guarantee of 7:15, did not hook up till about 8:30. I was the first customer of the day. Really unorganized for a customer based service.
Dave pThere was some delay in processing paperwork and getting keys, but all staff were polite and helpful, and the office cat was very cute and friendly.
