Poor service, truck was not clean when we picked it up. Truck sounded like the exhaust needs work done, rattling excessively.

James jVery easy reservation. Upon pick-up of Truck, I was given a comprehensive run-through of the contract, as well as a very detailed inspection of the Truck. Upon return of Truck, we did another inspection. Very happy with Ultramar Gas Rental Location in St.Thomas. Negative: I'm not impressed and didn't like at all that I had to upload Pictures of my Drivers License onto the internet! Rental Agent could have inspected License and that should have been enough.
Andreas SWhen the truck is picked up, provide instructions to the customer on what to do when truck is returned to that location; i.e. only need a pic of the mileage & fuel guage; do not need to take pics of truck exterior (like what was done when picked up). Attendant needs to give customer more attention when picking up / dropping off ... seemed to be multitasking too much and was a bit confusing for me.
