They could approve having someone else in the store to deal with uhaul rentals.. it's a variety store and they were serving customers first and I had to wait. It took me over a half hour before getting the van I rented and was there early.

Told they didn't have a 10ft truck until after 2pm which was fine so I reserved the 8ft van the day prior. Got to location and there were 2 trucks there returned early by customer so I asked to get the truck I needed which was same price instead of van. Counter person tried to charge me more than double my quoted reservation from the app which I said no way....had to call customer service to get then to change the order after the counter clerk was a complete dickwad to me....which customer service adjusted the reservation after I finally got one on the phone after a 40 minute wait on hold....was not happy with the wasted time or the rude counter clerk but the vehicle worked fine...so I got the job done eventually.
Stephan DThe vehicle wasn’t cleaned before pickup and when returned the cashier tried to get me to use a tissue to clean the back of the truck, I only put a couch in the back and it was a sunny day when I used the truck, no mud anywhere but the blame was tried to be put on me, when I had nothing to do with the cleanliness of the vehicle, there was no food or drink in the cabin and it was a clean couch and chair that were loaded and unloaded. Don’t recommend to anyone as they don’t clean their vehicles and the ask you to cleanup their mistake of not checking the last time it was returned.
Josh PThe young girl behind the counter seemed more interested in her phone then dealing with the customers in the store. Additionally she did not seem to know that she was to go out and check the vehicle upon return, and confirm the gas and milage herself. Instead she had me take a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge.
KENDRA Ssent me an hour away to get my truck. told me there were 0 in the whole city even though i booked well in advance.
