Was good experience. Love working with the lady in the office. Was super nice and made things easy for us. Would rent again for sure.
Michael OI also purchased the ball hitch - but it was not clear that that was to be picked up at a different location than the trailer. Otherwise picking up the hitch and the trailer was easy.
