Easy process and easy location to get to. Had trouble with the hitch on trailer as it was a new type for me, however the employee was quick to come and assist and get me going. Will use this location again for my rental needs

This location does not have any equipment available aside from the truck itself. I booked online and requested a utility dolly and furniture pads, as the purpose of this rental was to move some newly purchased antique furniture, but was informed upon arrival that these were not available. The truck was in rough shape, requiring the strength of Sampson to simply open/close the latch for the overhead door.

william cIt was great and easy but only because a person was there to assist. I was supposed to get key etc thru online, but that would have been a total failure.
dean kCharged me 205. For one day and held an extra 109. Still not returned on my account. Guy argued and refused to give me a hard copy of the bill. Will never do business here again!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!
