This was an awful experience more from a Reservation view. I reserved a 26 foot truck and instead had to settle for a 20 foot Truck and still have stuff to move. The app did not work and all around poor Experience

Joseph GRude staff, to both my husband dropping off and the gentleman picking up in front of us. Was trying to nickel and dime both parties, was rude and didn't know how to talk to customer. Had attitude and was not cooperative. Had to call corperate to get him to be kind. Please check google reviews too, this is not a place to represent uhaul well. Customer service training for staff is suggested if you're going to keep working with them
