Using the app for the drop-off process was frustrating. The app did not function properly, making it difficult to complete the return. It felt as though the system was designed in a way that could lead customers to exceed their rental period and incur additional charges.

When uhaul had to find me an available truck after telling me there wasnt one at chosen pick up spot (reservation was close to a month old) I had to drive an extra hour away to get it. It was a one way rental and after that they bullocks up the pick and I had to drive to a location 40 min away….why doesnt the system AUTOMATTICaly give you the same drop off location as was on the original reservation…it boggles the mind that after a day of driving and unloading I had to drive another 40 min to drop the truck off…so stupid…
GREG OPerson who checked us in didn't speak English very well. Just said "we email you". Wanted someone to verify tge truck was returned undamaged, clean, with fuel, on time, and under mileage.

Danny HTrailer was old and dirty. Absolutely gross. Green mold inside and out. Pick service was poor and not accommodating. Barely spoke English. Didn't help with the equipment set up.
