We forgot the store didn't open up until 10 am on Sunday. Staff was rude telling us to leave the trailer he would check it in and apparently he didn't. . Usually staff is accommodating.

FRED NThe Uhaul I received has a transmission that hard shifts and next to no shocks. You literally feel every bump with a hard thud. Having to take photos of the Uhaul after returning or getting charged extra is a scam. I will be looking at other options the next time I need a rental. I will also inform others to avoid Uhaul.
