Very professional, no issues here.
TUMAINI MI rented an appliance dolly to move a large upright freezer. The straps had been knotted and bound making it unusable. I advised of the issue upon return and was told they have had problems with them. No discount or removal of charge for the non working item was offered. The truck itself was very old and sounded terrible but I only needed to go 40 miles so it worked.
SHELLIE SCindy was very friendly and helpful! Process was quick and easy for pickup and drop off.
Hunter SCheck in and check out went seamlessly. Great customer service…Cindy is awesome.
