Paxton YI was a difficult customer. Had never used a uhaul to move with before. I extended the rental use. Think I may have taken care of that the wrong way, but they were very gracious and worked with me and they were always polite. Maybe irritated, but still helpful and nice. Mistie GThe pickup truck I rented was dirty inside, with a strong disgusting smell. It resembled a dog kennel, with animal hair and the horrible stench. I spoke with the Asst Mgr about it, she was aware, and kindly discounted my charges for the inconvenience. That truck needs a thorough cleaning . But Cindy was quite understanding…great customer service.
