Betty HFor starters, we got sent to the wrong local, which I don't believe was the locations fault, simply Uhaul in general. Then when we returned it, we were charges for over twice the mileage we used. And apparently we were supposed to have gotten a text confirmation with instructions about taking pictures before and after. We were not told we'd be getting that or that was a requirement, and we never received any text. Not all of that was the site, some was just Uhaul in general. But either way, very dissatisfied and will not recommend.
