Sharon R.We rented a 6 x 12' trailer and the Customer Service from everyone at CityWide Storage was FANTASTIC as usual. My only comment that would be helpful is that U-Haul place tie down clips on the bottom and top of the trailer. We use ratchet straps to hold equipment from rolling while transporting to customer site. When all tie-down circles are all at bottom it leaves possibility for equipment to be top heavy and tip.
