denotra sI think of myself as having an active, even good, imagination. However, when being asked, " What can we do to improve for the next customer?" , I do sincerely struggle to come up with any actionable, valid imput. How to improve? Nothing comes to mind. The manager, Cindy, at our N. Ohio branch is a kind & thoughtful and yet professionally focused & dedicated individual apparently wanting/choosing sincere customer service. If you want to improve (elsewhere) maybe a review of the customer service guidelines would be worth a few minutes of board room time.
