I would recommend customers come in during hours of operation. I had a hard time getting my rental this time around which is odd. The rental vehicle wasn’t in a convenient spot and there was a U-Haul padlock on the back latch which had to be sawed off by another U-Haul truck provider.

Marc BThey didn’t have any of the equipment needed to move. I requested blankets, hand truck and furniture dolly and got nothing. Not to mention this location is over an hour from my house. I was supposed to pick it up just down the street. Not impressed.
Nicholas WI wouldn’t recommend U-Haul at all to anyone. I didn’t deal with anyone specifically at this location though as I picked up after hours.
