The truck was below the empty mark when we picked it up. Didn't know if it would make it to the nearest gas station. They acknowledged the dolly rental on the reservation, forgot to give us one, realized they didn't have any, then had to send us to another location to pick up one. I will say that the woman helping us was very nice. She may have been thrown off by having the U-Haul system down and not being able to process our rental. We had to return a couple of hours later when the system was back up. That was not her fault and all on the U-Haul company. Suggestion... Have gas at least above empty. Have equipment reserved.
Cheryl DI had a reservation to pick up my until at 5:30am but was unable to because the location was closed until 8:40am. The owner said i was supposed to be given a code through my email or in the app but i never got one. I also was told i would receive a $50 credit but the owner said i need to call U-Haul for that and the the person on the phone said i need to talk to the owner at the location.
Jitendra PWhen we received it truck it dirty from outside to inside . We washed the outside truck before use it . You could not see tag .
