The location that I “reserved” the truck from was changed to a farther location that added 1.5 hours to my travel time in dangerous weather conditions. If the company can’t honor “reservations” locations, they should change it to a request and not a reservation. This lack of professionalism created excessive travel in dangerous conditions for all involved in the move.
