On site personnel were not helpful and simply told me to call U-Haul to return truck. Also the U-Haul app did not work for my return.

Charlotte SU-Haul instructions not very clear how to return moving blankets or dolly when returning using 24/7 truck share. Just had to go in and ask the gas station employee.
