The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. I would use this location again. My only issue was I live in Carmel and had to tow the trailer to Salinas, 18 miles away. There is a UHaule location in Monterey, 3 miles from my home

FELISA CI was promised a 10ft truck and when showed up to location there was no promised trucks luckily the location had a van instead and was no error by location. I will not ever go thru UHaul again due to the bad error on there promise and commitment
