I was supposed to be set up for early pick up but they failed to set it up. After spending 59 min on hold with costumer service I hung up and waited until they opened at 9:00. When I showed up they saw that they had failed no apology and tried to give me a truck that had been crashed the day before. Left front signal, headlight and grill was broken. I ended up 2 hours late to my appointment and was not able to complete my transaction in full. Very disappointing!!
