GANESH AScheduling and checking in/out was very seamless. The site personnel in Salisbury were extremely nice and informative. Would definitely recommend using that site again for uhaul rental.
ALICIA DThe U Haul Web site is an absolute mess . I could not get much done without the help of at least 7 people 2 of which are not employed by the U Haul company . I thought I would be able to show up and get the truck and auto transporter that was to be waiting for me . That did not happen . It took 4 hours to finally get the truck and trailer. Not to mention I had to travel to go get the trailer and leave my personal truck at the second location . I visited 3 locations to get what i had set up to use and because of U Haul's stupidity. iI ended up being 4 hours behind schedule , then U Haul wanted the truck and transport back at !:30 the next day. As for a good review for the U Haul company I cannot do . Your system really sucks . County Line Sheds was the only place that helped and got me going . Thank you County Line Sheds . As for U Haul , you need help
