Your app is impossible to use and we were not given the 17 foot truck needed. The truck was the worst obe one on the lot, and had leftover garbage in the cup holder!

The man at the front desk (I think his name was Jackson) didn’t have any of our requested equipment ready for us. We reserved 2 furniture dolly’s, packing blankets, and 2 handtrucks, and we double checked 3 times before our moving day to be sure we had everything set and it said this location would have our supplies. We got there and he only had 2 furniture Dollie’s and nothing else. He sent us on a wild goose chase around town to different U-haul locations to find the other supplies and we never found them, so our moving day was a wreck and put us through unnecessary pain and stress. I don’t ever want to use U-haul again after this.

Steven BMAKE SURE THE MILEAGE IS CORRECT BEFORE BILLING THE CUSTOMER AND THEN HAVING THEM HAVE TO JUMP THRUGH THE HOOPS OF TRYING TO GET REIMBURSED THROUGH UHAUL. IT IS A JOKE!!!!
