Nice people. Didn't have extra accessories like the slide and ball attachment for towing. Needs professional counter setup versus what they are currently using.
BLAKE HParking area is small and difficult to maneuver. A second entry/exit would be very helpful. Staff were great helping park and check in the trailer.

SETH RFirstly the van we had booked was not available. We were offered a larger van, which was unnecessary given that we were only picking up 1 item. The van we were given was in aweful condition. The shocks were so worn down that every single minor change in gradient felt like we hit a pothole. I was transporting a fragile antique and the terrible shock absorption resulted in unnecessary damage!
