The one issue I had is that the gas gauge was not working, so I filled it up $25 more than needed and then I decided that it was enough, after a little while after driving the gauge started working and it showed that I had filled it up more than needed. I would like to get a refund of the additional gas that I added to the truck due to the gas gauge not working as expected.ALEJANDRO R.

I could not fill up the gas & was still charged. I went to 2 different gas stations & had to continuously restart the pump as if topping off, so I was only able to put $15.00 into the tank & still got charged from the rental location on top of that. I was also unaware of the charges until after drop-off, so I will not recommend or rent from this location again.Leah K.
The online reservation process was pretty good but lacked one important thing: I did not see a way to edit my order and take out the furniture handtruck. So I just paid for something I did not need.Brad B.
Great service. Only has 15 ft but I found adequate for in town 4 bedroom house (I just made two trips). The â€œmoving option helpâ€ was cool. I paid two guys $180 for 2 hours of help and they were great. If I need extra time, you just Venmo them.Brian C.

The first location I went to (4200 s state street, Murray Utah) was incredibly unhelpful. The staff refused to try and remedy the situation even though I was lied to when signing the contract. When I got to the drop off location there was zero parking and nobody in the office to get help. It was the most frustrating experience of my life. I don't understand why the process needed to be this difficult and why your company can't communicate with each other.Spencer P.

The online pickup process is a joke as it makes you provide 2 alt contacts before you can get the truck. I just don't see the point of requiring 2 people to say â€œyes that's them and they'll pay you probablyâ€ when I've already given a payment method, an ID, and bought insurance on the vehicle. The lot we went to was also very very small for how many big trucks it houses.Colton J.
This was the worst Uhaul location we've ever rented from. First there was no lock for the back of the truck and the mirror on the right side was completely broken making it very difficult and dangerous to drive. I highly recommend that the mirror get fixed before renting to someone else.Crag G.

It took 45 minutes to self check out, there was problems with the website and the app, very frustrating. Thankfully there was an attendant there for drop off which made things a little smoother, but there was also no where to park and the lot was packed too closely, made manoeuvering difficult and dangerous meKayla G.

Two things first off I was a return customer who was already in the system yet had to take dozens of pictures to prove who i was which was a turn off and they let me drive off without the dolly I ordered and paid for I had to go all the way back -got no apology for that I didn't make it a big deal to the attendant on duty but it would have been nice to have had that mistake acknowledgedFrank P.
