I spent a long time on the phone to change the drop off location of the trailer. I changed it many days in advance. After dropping it off they charged me $100 for dropping at the wrong location. I would have passed a dozen Uhaul locations on teh way to the one they wanted me to drop at. Uhaul makes no sense. They said a Regional Manager would contact me. Nobody at Uhaul cares NOBODY!.
