Make sure the customer is aware of the options they have. My reservation was switched to a 15" because they told me they didn't have a 20" available only 15". I get to the location the switched me to last minute and there is a 20" sitting there.
Melinda BThe extra moving equipment that I reserved was not on hand, so I had to also go to one of the main locations after picking up my rental. The gentleman who handled my check-in was great, though.
