The man that helped was super nice and very friendly something we are not used to being from El Paso Tx. He hooked it up for us tested our lights and was very professional and friendly. The only thing was that I was supposed to be given a discount for military/law enforcement and it wasn’t applied.

Their was no one around to check in the truck. Had to use the app
LLoyd HCustomer service was horrible at drop off. The pick up location did not explain the contract on what was to be done before drop off, and the email contract was different from the paper copy. They were condisending and very rude to my wife. They told me if I didn't like what they said get a lawyer and sue U Haul
