Customer service was not good at all. The man at the front desk Ramon was rude. Then when I went back to return it was another man who didn’t seem to know what was going on. Bad communication And I think i was charged incorrectly

LaToya PTerrible experience! Do not use this location! I was charged an additional $20 for dropping it off after hours which I was not aware of. The people working there are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. The process to get my keys and vehicle took almost an hour and the vehicle was blocked in by another truck. The truck was pulling to the right really bad and the truck wouldn’t start initially.
