Truck a/c smelling cigarette, steering wheel sticky, back of the truck dirty and sticking Counter desk at pick up everything good when is time to returning no one is at the counter, i call uhaul customer service for report im there on time and the lady on the phone try to get them on the phone and she don't have luck to find them either, she make note of this inconvenience. After 30 minutes waiting someone came from the back looking like I wake up him from a nap.
ANTONIO VI placed an order for a van. We had a friend drop us off at the location. Then they took off to the airport for a flight he had. In the office I had two other customers a head of me. When it was my turn, I started to check in process. After it was completed, the clerk told me that the passenger seat was nonfunctional. I thought he was joking. He wasn't. I told him I had another person with me. I had to load up the truck fully and then unload it. He said the seat belt wasn't working, broke. When I went out to the truck, the seat belt was sliced and jammed in the slider. I went back to the office and asked why I wasn't called and or another van brought in. How could he assumed that it would only be me in the truck. He had zero response. Almost like I was bothering him. He said there was no other options I had. I took the van at the RISK of U-Haul putting us in. Then the second issue. When I returned the van that evening. To my delight it was the same rep. I gave him the keys and my last name. He looked up the reservation and then asked me. "Did you take the picture" I asked what picture. He then replied to the picture of the milage and gas level. I replied back, "typically the rep will go out and get that information and walk the vehicle" He just looked at me without saying a word. I took the keys off the counter and went out and took the pictures. What was I thinking to think he would leave his seat and do this and walk the vehicle with me. I have used UHaul for my military moves and now civilian moves. I will be rethinking this. I have pictures of the seat belt, if needed.

David PU-Haul was damaged/ low tire pressure when I got it and poor customer service and wouldn't at least compensate some of my money back for it
