Terrible experience. Was not able to pick up truck at 0800 and was there by 0845, Rick cancelled my order. Once he activated it again, told me the dollies I reserved were not available and that they are first come, first serve. I will NEVER tent from this location again. Put me 2 hrs behind.
LATOYA PThe service truck we ordered was left opened with nonkey in the box. We settled for the cargo van and there was no utility dolly in either vehicle. As discussed with service reps, we need the utility dolly refunded. Please contact rcortinasjr@gmail.com 2107029224
