Everything was quick and easy. Staff I dealt with was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Maybe mentioning the text immediately after renting the truck would be a bit more helpful. I wasn't aware of something needing to be submitted in a timely manner until several hours later when I had a chance to stop from my moving situation. However, it wasn't something that harmed or I was penalized for, so all in all, I think this all went as according to plan.
