Had issue with app and took some time to get assistance from UHaul as outside store location hours. Process was not like what is shown in how to videos.

Inform customer if item requested is no longer available after order is submitted. I did not find out about them removing the Dolly off of my order until day of pickup.

Maria GTruck was nice, the website/instructions were so time consuming and confusing. Billing was incorrect and unclear.
SHAWN HEverything was quick and easy. Staff I dealt with was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Maybe mentioning the text immediately after renting the truck would be a bit more helpful. I wasn't aware of something needing to be submitted in a timely manner until several hours later when I had a chance to stop from my moving situation. However, it wasn't something that harmed or I was penalized for, so all in all, I think this all went as according to plan.
