debra AThe truck wash not maintained well mechanically. Lots of kicking with the transmission and the engine seemed to over rev while driving on the freeway. I had to fill up twice for a trip that should have only been once. Being obligated to pay the premium insurance again everyday the rental was extended is ridiculous. I should have the option to choose coverage. Getting charged an additional day after running late due to traffic over about a hour seems unfair after calling the store to give notice about my situation. I’d already paid for an additional 24 hours. If I’d known this I would not have rushed my unloading process. For what it’s worth… I should have hired movers. Spending over $600 including gas for a beat up truck is not worth it. This does not include the cost for help moving.
