I didn't like booking on the phone. The.operator does not know my city, she told me that the equipment i needed was not available at the location I told he. She booked a truck almost 30 miles out of my way at $1.19 a mile. 3 days later I needed to finish moving so I just went to a location and sure enough, they had the truck I needed 3 days prior. Was not happy about going 30 miles out of my way.
