Sandy BI have three locations near me and it was so damn difficult to one talk to someone and two get a reservation and be able to pick up a truck I made a reservation at one and put my number and they asked for an emergency contact and they never called me once only the emergency contact and it made no sense because I’m the one that’s paying and trying to get the vehicle to move . Finally I was able to get a reservation at this location and thankfully the guy was there and once I got there in person it was fast and easy
