Terrible service, we only used one dolly and 6 furniture pads and we were charged for two dollies and 12 furniture pads and we weren’t given any way to fix it

ashly rI would recommend, but I would certainly advise anyone to check their contract. For whatever reason, this location adds the insurance without asking and you don't realize it until you reviewed your paid receipt. Also, this last time, I was met by a very grumpy older gentlemen who mentioned that I had some sort of flag on my account, I guess because I had called into their Corporate office to share my frustration that this location adds the insurance without telling clients. It's such a convenient location to where I live, but still feel it's inappropriate to add the insurance fee without asking/advising the client.
BOBBY WSteering wheel needs to be check and brakes need to be fixed and they charged me 15 dollars for (I can’t remember what it’s called like road assistance) that I did not need. So I’m pissed off
