I was charged for Dollie’s but I didn’t receive any Dollie’s in my U-Haul.
Raychel MThe truck was not cleaned at all. It was covered in bugs but was indicated as clean. No scratch marks or paint chips were noted. All these resulted in additional time during the pickup. The fuel level and the milage was also incorrect. Furthermore, the store had parked a vehicle right in front of the truck which made it more difficult to drive off
