This location is terrible! The woman at this location didn't speak any English and we don't speak Spanish, so she had to get someone on the phone to talk to us. It seemed as if they weren't even expecting us, even though I had confirmed our pickup verbally and through the app. We had to wait way too long without having any idea what was going on. I was told to pay $30 for a hitch to the front desk woman. She didn't want to take a credit card, so we paid her $20 cash. Then I still got a $32 charge on my credit card on file for the hitch. Then, when we went to the yard to get the trailer, the woman initially put the hitch on upside down. This was my worst U-Haul experience ever!

Waited for over an hour to be able to hook it up and leave. Upon return had to wait for 20 mins to have access to the yard to drop it off only to be called later and asked if I returned it. Bad customer service. Bad management. Bad experience. Skip this location
