The back of the truck was not swept out prior to my renting it. Other than that, the rental process was good, no issues.
MARK DU-haul should not allow a customer to prepay for blankets and dollies in advance if the location is not able to provide them when self-picking up the truck. I had to pay my movers over time while i had to go buy more moving blankets and for not having a dolly.
Justin Bvery friendly and fast process made my move that much easier with absolutely no hassle.
GIOVANNI PI was charged for two gallons of gas. I returned truck with just under half a tank. They say I left it with 3/8 of a tank.
