NORMA GGot my receipt till 3 days later and got charged for gas that I did put back in the truck , my fault for not taking pictures when I picked up and on the return also states that I returned the truck till 200pm and I returned it at 1130 am . Will be last time renting from this place
ISABELLA RPlease ensure dolly is placed into truck. I paid for dolly and I realized I didn't have it only after I started driving the truck.
Lannie OAbsolutely NOT! This location should not be able to rent u-haul. Unprofessional, damaged vehicle, no full tank, took a week to close my receipt and had to call three calls to complain and never heard back from Ceasar which is the regional manager. Just total F up place. Makes me not want to rent U-haul ever again.
