Elizabeth AThe pickup location was changed a day or two before pickup and we didn’t know it was changed, had to travel another 10 miles out of the way.the truck was dirty, the windshield should be cleaned at least, the inside of trailer needed to be swept of debris.
TIMOTHY FI had reservation at 930 and the employee was late but other than that it was good. I was charged for 2 days also. The Rep tired to change and was able to due to where I made the reservation didn't even asked if I needed for 2 days. Gave me the paper work to pick it up at this location.i only needed it for one day
