The gas was completely siphoned out the night before we acquired it. We put $100 in gas immediately because the gas light was on and showed empty. I notified the store manager at ace hardware who said he would notify the u-haul rep and take care of it. My invoice was never corrected and I sent an email to the u-haul credit/billing department and this happened almost a month ago and not a single fucking incompetent person has returned my email or has called…they are fucking losers…thanks ASSHOLES
