The truck sounded horrible and was in desperate need of maintenance, & it was not cleaned prior to my use.

The truck had a horrible exhaust leak very loud exhaust and fumes entering vehicle sounds like you are driving a race car very loud
ROBERT FFor one, the location of this place is in a economically disadvantaged area where there are prostitution, drugs, and gangs, but that’s not the fault of the owners they found the piece of land to operate a U-Haul franchise opportunity at a lower cost. What really put the nail in the coffin for my below average review is that the owners are running the place with inefficient means. They should have like use an iPad or at least a laptop computer when it comes to holding up my reservation instead of using a small cell phone. If there’s any improvement because more than likely, I’m not going to come back to this place, they need to have better, efficient means of operating their business to their lot where they have their U-Haul equipment is disorganized doesn’t look very professional.
