Felt like I was in the hood when I was picking up the keys, which was handed to me by a convenience store owner. Vehicle was great - new, perfect size, great on gas. Overall good experience. You need a third oprion of "Hell no" for the question "Would you recommend this location to a friend"

Car given was not what was reserved, however, i made it work. Car was dirty. Process took too long.
