So handy having pick up at a local location rather than having to go to the depot, but trying to find parking when I returned it was really difficult. Ended up double parking and the store owner (who was delightful!) took it to find parking. Might be worth confirming to customers what their responsibility is here as it stressed me out! Holloway Market owner was so nice and helpful.
Jane EStaff was helpful but there is no U-Haul sign and it was a bit confusing to find. Maybe add a U-Haul sign outside of the store?
Paolo DVan was not cleaned prior to pickup ( trash in driver cabin, unfinished drink in cup holder, cargo hold was dirty). Requested and paid for a dolly, was not in van upon pickup and location did not have one available.
Alvin HIt's a U-Haul operating out of a convenience store. The owner was helpful and polite and I would certainly rent from here again.
