We waited 45 minutes for one customer in front of us. Then the location did not have a dolly we could use on a one way rental (which we were charged for). This delayed us and in turn cost us an extra hour of labor with the movers . This delay also affected our moving and as we lost light when we arrived to our new address and made moving more difficult than necessary.
