The van was not easily accessible to perform a pre-rental inspection. The location was not easy to find, and I was charged an extra day of rental when I dropped off the van at rental time, not reservation time, because I was not able to find the location at reservation time. I suggest starting the rental time at pickup, not at the time of the reservation.

Tritia Nmy gas tank was 2/3rd but when i was taking the pictures the app showed me 3/4 and i accepted it. later when i sat in the car and i saw the gauge, i realized it was 2/3rd. I called the attendant to look at it and he told me that the engine had to be turned on to see the real volume of gas in the truck. he turned it on and still it was 2/3. i returned the truck near 3/4, which means i filled more gas than i used but i was charged for 2 gallons of gas because the attendant did not update the system with 2/3rd after seeing it himself. i showed him the picture and he requested for a refund but i am still waitingfor it.
