JOSE CThe problem we experienced was not being made aware by the El Centro, California location where we made the reservation that we would not be able to pickup one of the trailers they had on the lot locally. When we arrived at the agreed time it was pointed out that they only rent local and we would have to drive 90 miles to pickup the trailer making an additional 180 mile round trip for the trailer was very aggravating.
LESLIE OThe ratchet on the right side of the dolly was found to be bent. This caused the vehicle I was towing to sway back and forth causing damage to the right front lower door. The responding roadside assistance guys told me the only reason I didn't lose the car was because of the chain attached to the bottom the car. I encuered hotel cost's, not to mention the time it took for roadside assistance. Also I experienced a major mental and physical trauma from this experience. Roadside assistance replaced the ratchet and I was finally confident I would not lose my car. But also, I had to stop multiple times during my trip to tighten the defective ratchet. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life.
