I booked the U-Haul in Yuma, yet I was given the truck in San Luis which was 21 miles away. I was charged for these miles as well and it was a waste of time, you made me pay for 2 days in spite of needing it for 12 hours. Lady on the phone that asked me to drop off truck at other location was EXTREMELY rude and has ZERO customer service skills.

LLOYD AWhile there was nothing per se with the location, it was not the location I requested my pickup at, was far away, not even in the same city and a serious inconvenience. Because of this I am unlikely to use UHaul in the future.
