I ordered the 1-2 bedroom U-Haul and then received a call that it wasn’t available after I booked..got there to pick up my U-Haul and the person didn’t walk me to it or get up to show me where it would be at just gave me directions and that was it. I thought it was very unprofessional…
Marisol MThe drop off location was inconspicuous and not expected, in that we may not have noticed the location were there no other U-Haul trucks present. In addition, the drop-box for the keys was on the back side of the building, down a narrow walkway, with a fence between the sidewalk and some landscape. A "random" shopping cart was present too. A night, the whole scene felt a little unsafe. A day time drop-off may surely present a different experience.
