This location service rep, April, told me they were not authorized to hook up equipment. I found that odd and troubling. I am handicapped with knee and back issues after serving in the Navy for 23+ years. She did finally agree to hook me up but when I returned the trailer I called her office 4 times to unhook me and after 15 minutes and no answer, I had to unhook the 5x8 trailer by myself which was very difficult and this morning my back is killing me thanks to the lousy customer service. i will never use this site location and recommend U-HAUL change the contract with this facility or cancel it outright. james aAvailability was a bit of a challenge. The business was closed for 90 minutes during the early afternoon. I was late for the pick up, but then had to wait a couple hours to pick up the equipment. Not a big deal as our schedule was flexible, but very odd.
