JOE LCheck-in process is way too long !! Over 30 minutes for a trailer I had already reserved !
REID DThe equipment I ordered was not located in the truck. I had to go speak with the agent on site and they were busy with someone else, so I waited. I wasn’t able to start until a full hour into my rental. The location of the truck to where the keys were located were two separate areas, only accessible by either going through a ditch or walking the sidewalk around from the parking lot to the office.
