The U-hual office and location of the units are not directly connected. The staff was very helpful but the there was a lot of driving around involved. I usually work with u-hual on Old Ranch Rd 12.

The trailer drop off area is in another parking lot down the street from the office.

Maddyx MI asked for an appliance dolly and was instead given a utility dolly. I was not able to upload pictures of truck at check in using the app. I called for assistance and mentioned the dolly issue. She adjusted the price but my receipt looks like I was charged twice.
RICHARD KOnly thing I would add is the office location to the trailer location is divided by a drainage ditch…someone needs to build a bridge. Several of the male customers didn’t mind walking thru the ditch but I did. Other than that the representatives were very nice.
