I asked for an appliance dolly and was instead given a utility dolly. I was not able to upload pictures of truck at check in using the app. I called for assistance and mentioned the dolly issue. She adjusted the price but my receipt looks like I was charged twice.

Only thing I would add is the office location to the trailer location is divided by a drainage ditch…someone needs to build a bridge. Several of the male customers didn’t mind walking thru the ditch but I did. Other than that the representatives were very nice.

Matthew RThe 24/7 mobile check-in used for picking up after hours was a bad and frustrating experience. That's not the fault of this location (they seem very nice). Its fault of UHaul Corp. Customers be ware you'll be required to enter into the app 1 or 2 additional "contacts" (personal references) with info like employer, passport, lease info. Its unreasonable expectation that customers would have this info without preparing ahead. Also it seems you will be held very strictly to the time you request to pick up or the app may not work. I HATED the whole experience. Required lots of calls with customer service.
