This establishment is falsely listed as having operating hours; it is an abandoned not well maintained property with crumbling steps and plants and weeds all grown up where you remote access the key. I specifically booked during operating hours so that I could get help with picking up the u-haul. I called the lady who operates the uhauls from this location but she was not helpful. I was distressed and asking her for help but she said she didn't have time and hung up on me because she was getting her car inspected. She also did not put the blankets that I had requested and the moving dolly in the U-Haul for me, so I had to do without. I read the reviews but used this pickup place as it was close to my apartment despite the previous negative reviews. If you don't have to use this pickup spot, I would highly recommend steering completely clear!!!

JENNIFER SThe parking lot was not plowed and had about a foot of snow. I actually got stuck trying to park the vehicle in the parking lot. Finally was able to back out and parked it on the side of the building.
